The race was a relay of a 17 mile mountain bike, 46 mile road bike, 12 mile kayak, half marathon and ended with a 5.3 mile run. We each did a different leg of the race.
Our one-day fitness Boot Camps are designed to get you moving! They are usually held one Saturday a month at Golden Gardens in Ballard. These classes are held rain or shine, and open to all fitness levels.
